Investment crowdfunding is the term commonly applied to various types of crowdfunding where a company or project raises funds by asking many backers to invest relatively small amounts as equity, debt or through other reward arrangements. On our platform, investment crowdfunding products and services are available under equity, debt and contractual crowdfunding.

Under equity crowdfunding, investors acquire shares in the business and not interest on their investment as in debt crowdfunding. Under contractual crowdfunding, the parties agree on profit-sharing or similar arrangements.
